Alexander W.C. Hornaday

Alexander Hornaday graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rhodes College in Tennessee, and earned his JD from Washington and Lee
School of Law in Virginia, where he served on the Law Review.
Alexander began his law career with
the international law firm Faegre & Benson, LLP, practicing real estate transactional law. He has represented a
broad range of clients, from large international corporations to private individuals. In 2009, Alexander left to start his
own firm where he currently focuses his practice on representing individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations
at the local, state, and federal levels. His practice has both transactional and litigative components, including business
and estate planning, regulatory compliance, and representation in administrative proceedings and civil litigation.
